You can reach our seller relationship team or if they have reached out to you where we handpick and discover most prominent brands then you're ready to get started. Here's a simple breakdown of the onboarding journey.
Once you're in touch with our Seller Relationship Team, you'll be asked to fill out a VRF (Vendor Registration Form) with your company/firm and legal details. This is your first step to becoming a Zency partner.
Our onboarding team will verify your company information, compliance documents, and product eligibility. This may include CIN, GST, FDA or FSSAI (if applicable), Bank Details and category specific checks.
Once verified, we request your product catalog with specifications, pricing, and images. Our team ensures it aligns with Zency's curation and technical formats. While this can be done by having access to your seller dashboard but if you don't have access to it can be done manually.
An official seller agreement is shared between your company and Zency (formally Witness Manera Private Limited). Once the agreement is signed from either side, we're good to go.
We'll set up your dedicated seller dashboard account. From here, you'll be able to track product listings, inventory, order flow, offers and performance. You can also have access to more detailed information and analytics about how your product is performing, customer analytics, running ads and so on.
Sellers can now select one or more of our city based darkstores where inventory will be stocked for 15-minute delivery. Our team assists you in finalizing the optimal store(s) based on your category, demand and reach.
Once your inventory reaches our darkstore(s), a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) is generated and documented. This ensures all SKUs are accounted for, mapped, and stocked.
Your products are now live on the Zency marketplace available to be discovered and delivered to high intent consumers within 15 minutes.
Payments are settled every 30 days from the date of sale, along with a complete sales report and reconciliation document.
As inventory moves, our team will provide timely refill requests and stock movement updates. Sellers looking to go deeper can subscribe to our premium analytics dashboard for in-depth insights into consumer behavior, sales velocity, repeat purchases, and geo-specific demand.
